Today, apartments are presented in four of the seven Stalinist skyscrapers: in the residential part of the building, which was previously called the Ukraine Hotel, in facilities on Krasnye Vorota Square and Kotelnicheskaya Embankment, as well as on Kudrinskaya Square.

According to Savills, the most popular rental rate for an apartment in a skyscraper on Kotelnicheskaya Embankment is 110,000 rubles. per month with a lot area of ​​about 70 sq.m. The maximum transaction budget in this house reached 600 thousand rubles. per month. In a skyscraper on Kudrinskaya Square, rental rates for housing ranging from 67 to 78 square meters range from 80 thousand to 120 thousand rubles. per month.
