MOSCOW, January 9 - RIA Real Estate. Renting apartments in Russia has risen in price in 2019 by an average of 5-7%, according to experts of the World of Apartments portal, who analyzed data on 70 largest cities in the country.
According to the portal's statistics, a one-room apartment is rented on average in Russia for 12.6 thousand rubles a month, which is almost 7% more than last year.
“Last year,“ odnushki ”went up almost everywhere - in 65 cities out of 70, in five they fell. Especially prices soared in Novokuznetsk, Cherepovets, Astrakhan, Voronezh, Yaroslavl, Cheboksary, Yakutsk, Orenburg, Omsk and Makhachkala, ”the portal said.
As noted in it, the top ten cities with the most rapid growth in rates were mainly cities with cheap apartment rentals.
If a year ago in 27 cities with a population of more than 300 thousand people it was possible to rent a one-room apartment for less than 10 thousand rubles, then by the end of 2019 there were only 14. One-room apartments fell in price (by 3-9%) in Saratov, Sochi, Penza, Simferopol and Lipetsk.

"Dvushki" rose most of all about the same place as "odnushki", only Vladivostok, Arkhangelsk, Magnitogorsk and Naberezhnye Chelny entered the "top ten". The fall in prices affected ten cities out of 70: Bryansk, Simferopol, Lipetsk, Sochi, Sevastopol, Saratov, Nizhny Novgorod, Ufa, Penza, Nizhny Tagil. The rates fell by 1-9%. An average two-room apartment in all cities costs 17.6 thousand rubles a month (+ 7% per year), it says.

As indicated in the message, the rent of three-room apartments in Arkhangelsk, Omsk, Surgut, Makhachkala, Voronezh, Volgograd, Tomsk, Tyumen, Cherepovets and Naberezhnye Chelny increased by 22-25%. In ten cities, rates fell by 1-7%: in Nizhny Novgorod, Bryansk, Sevastopol, Belgorod, Saratov, Kaluga, Simferopol, Saransk, Kirov and Lipetsk. The national average "three-ruble note" can be withdrawn for 23.6 thousand rubles a month (+ 5% by 2018).
In Moscow, rent of one-room apartments, according to portal statistics, has risen in price over the past year by an average of 9% - up to 42.5 thousand rubles, two-room apartments - by 11%, up to 52.1 thousand rubles, three-room apartments - by 8%, 64.1 thousand rubles. In St. Petersburg, rental rates for "odnushki" increased by 12% - up to 26.2 thousand rubles, "kopeck piece" - by 11%, to 37.8 thousand rubles, "three-ruble" - by 10%, to 52.4 thousand rubles.
