The statistics of analysts of the St. Petersburg real estate market show that business tourists are in demand for rental housing in areas from which you can quickly get to the Moscow railway station and Pulkovo airport. The first place in the demand of visitors for renting apartments went to the Frunzensky District.
Business tourists coming to St. Petersburg are actively interested in housing in areas from which you can quickly get to the Moscow railway station and Pulkovo airport. This is stated in the materials of the St. Petersburg company R-Fix (available to the editorial office).
The first place in the demand of visitors for renting apartments, as calculated by the company, went to the Frunzensky District, the second, by a small margin, was taken by the Moskovsky District. The company assigned the third line of the rating to the Nevsky District. According to R-Fix statistics, the average purchase price for a lot in apartment complexes in these territorial units is 6.5 million, 4 million and 3.2 million rubles, respectively.
The fourth place, according to the company, is taken by the Primorsky district (an average of 3.7 million rubles per lot), the fifth is shared by the Vasileostrovsky and Vyborgsky districts (5.7 million and 4.2 million rubles per apartment).
Those wishing to invest in apartments for the purpose of earning money on rent are recommended by the company to pay attention to areas highly demanded by business tourists with a relatively low price tag. According to R-Fix statistics, these are, first of all, Nevsky, Primorsky and Moskovsky districts of St. Petersburg.
“The location factor is extremely important for the tenant, but to calculate the investment attractiveness it is important not to overpay for it. Some of the St. Petersburg apartment complexes are located very well, but this has a noticeable effect on the price tag, ”explains the CEO of the company Igor Petrov.
An earlier study by the marketing agency Zoom showed that St. Petersburg ranks second (after Moscow) in the list of Russian cities that residents of the country's regions dream of moving to.
