“This decrease in supply is explained, first of all, by the epidemiological situation in the country. Homeowners observe the regime of self-isolation, and many of them have not yet put their properties on the market or removed them from the exposition, ”said Maria Zhukova, Managing Director of Miel-Arenda.

Experts note that the supply of apartments, compared to the same period in 2019, decreased by 30%.
The company added that, despite the decrease in demand in the urban real estate segment, its structure has remained practically unchanged: about 70% of requests are for apartments worth up to 30 thousand rubles per month and about 5% for apartments worth over 100 thousand rubles per month. month.

At the same time, according to analysts, the demand for rental of suburban real estate, on the contrary, has grown by almost 10 times. The main demand is still for objects with a convenient location, modern furniture, appliances and all communications, costing in the range of 50-80 thousand rubles per month.

The company added that the supply of cottages that are rented for a long time decreased by 40%.
